Step 1:

Microwave the frozen raspberries for about 30 seconds, or use fresh raspberries for 25 seconds. In a small bowl, add the raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice, then mash with a fork. Strain the raspberry mixture. To a tall glass, add ice, sparkling water, and the raspberry syrup.
